ABOUT FLOWPLE
Built from the part of legal work no one should have to chase.
Flowple began with a problem observed inside a law firm: after the retainer was signed, collecting everything needed from the client was still fragmented, manual, and difficult to track.
Purpose-built for post-retainer client onboarding and document collection.
OUR ORIGIN
The problem became obvious from inside the workflow.
Flowple started with a simple observation inside a family law environment: signing the client was not the end of onboarding. It was often the beginning of a long document-collection process.
Requests were spread across emails, calls, forms, and follow-up messages. Clients did not always know what was missing. Staff could spend hours checking status, requesting clearer copies, organizing files, and moving information into the firm's practice management system.
Jackson Wisecarver saw that the missing piece was not another intake platform or another case-management system. Law firms needed a dedicated workflow for the work between the signed retainer and the start of the case.
That insight became Flowple.
Fragmented requests
Clients receive requests across different channels without one clear place to understand what remains.
Manual follow-up
Staff members repeatedly check status and contact clients about missing or incomplete items.
Broken handoff
Approved documents still have to be organized and returned to the firm's long-term system.
THE MISSING LAYER
Not intake. Not case management. The workflow between them.
Before the retainer
Intake
Lead qualification, consultations, conflict checking, and retainer execution remain in the firm's existing process.
After the retainer
Flowple
Flowple manages client requests, document collection, reminders, progress tracking, review, correction, and supported practice management syncing.
During the matter
Case management
Legal work, deadlines, billing, communication, and ongoing matter management continue inside the firm's practice management system.
Flowple improves the handoff without asking the firm to replace the systems on either side.
WHY I BUILT FLOWPLE
A note from Jackson
I did not begin with a broad idea to build legal software. I began with a specific workflow that kept creating unnecessary friction for both the firm and the client.
After a client retained the firm, the legal team still had to collect documents, clarify requests, follow up, review what came back, request better copies, and organize everything before the case could move efficiently.
The attorneys needed the information. The clients wanted to provide it. The process between them was the problem.
Flowple was created to make that process clearer, easier to track, and easier to complete—without asking the firm to replace the practice management system it already relies on.
We are building narrowly and deliberately. Our goal is to make post-retainer onboarding and document collection work exceptionally well for law firms.

HOW WE BUILD
Principles that shape the product.
These principles guide what Flowple builds, what it does not build, and how it communicates with law firms.
Make the next step obvious.
Clients and legal teams should be able to understand what is needed, what has been completed, and what should happen next.
Work with the firm's systems.
Flowple should improve onboarding without forcing the firm to replace its practice management platform.
Protect sensitive information.
Security, access control, audit history, retention, and deletion should be treated as core workflow requirements.
Earn trust through accuracy.
We should communicate capabilities, integrations, security status, and results precisely—without inflated claims or invented benchmarks.
Build narrowly before expanding.
Flowple is focused on making legal onboarding and document collection exceptionally strong before broadening its scope.
OUR DIRECTION
Make post-retainer onboarding a workflow law firms no longer have to assemble themselves.
Flowple's goal is to become the dedicated onboarding and document-collection layer that connects retained clients with the systems legal teams already rely on.
Legal first
We are focused on understanding and improving the legal workflow before expanding beyond it.
Integrations as infrastructure
We are building connections that return approved information to the firm's existing system of record.
Security as a prerequisite
We are investing in the controls and assurance law firms need before trusting a platform with sensitive client information.
